The Gym
I grew up never doing much with sports or anything athletic. My metabolism has always worked great so I always appeared in shape until recently. I'm 29 and that gut has been growing for a few years. Rheanna always exercises and such to stay fit. Thus, it's time I took time for myself and joined in the journey. In January, Aaron Ball, started swimming in Lehi. I quickly joined in the fun, as any time spent with Aaron is a blast. After a few days, I realized my fun was actually paying off and the belly was decreasing. What do you know, exercise does do something for me. Well, unfortunately, his scheduled changed and I was left solo. Greg Miller joined me a couple of times, but his schedule was not consistent for a regular work out routine. So the end of February came and so did the end of my membership at the Legacy Center. I decided to join Aaron and James Stock at the Murray Rec Center. Aaron says I'm crazy for adjusting to their schedule, but it's the only way to keep me completely motivated. We get up at 3:50 each day and carpool together at 4:10. We work out at 5:00 lifting weights (first time in my life) and then get to work at 6. At noon we head back to the gym and swim or do some type of water exercise. It is so good to have motivating friends to do this with and believe it or not the non-athlete is enjoying it and actually making progress. I won't post my weight lifted yet, as I'm sure Rheanna can still outdo me : ) But hey, I'm performing my greatest talent and helping others feel good about themselves as I struggle along.

Justin is to modest. He does quite well with weight lifting and it is nice to have 3 people in the workout. When there are just two of you it is easier for one to just say "I'm tired and so I'm not going this morning." With 3 of us it is almost impossible for you to skip out. By the way, I have all of Justins weight lifting schedules.
