We teach our kids to listen to Church leaders and to follow them. Yesterday, they came home from church to let us know that we are going to the temple tonight for family home evening. I asked why they were so set on this. Hyrum and Payton both said that Bishop taught sharing time and told them that they needed to go there for FHE every week. I guess it shows they were listening. I’m not sure what exactly he said, but we are headed to the temple tonight. I don’t know that we will go there every week, but we plan to visit all of the local ones in the next few weeks.
It is amazing to have several temples so close. They are a constant reminder of the eternal plan of our Father in Heaven. I have the great blessing of viewing 5 of them on my way to work each day.
