A blanket of snow?

So this year I have added more lights to my house. Yesterday, I found an unused string in my basement so I decided to put those up too. Around midnight, I was going to bed and stepped outside to unplug the lights and noticed this blissful event. I guess someone thought we needed more decorations. In the 4 years we've lived here, I don't think I've seen anyone blessed with the draping of toilet paper. I guess someone loves us. Are there any witnesses or theories as to who the culprit is? Our only hint is they used Kirkland TP (I know a few that buy that, I will definitely be taking notice from now on too : )
