Last night Rheanna went to Enrichment with her Mom. She was sent home with leftover, not bad since it wasn’t even our ward. Along with rolls and cheesecake, there was some chicken. I put the plate of it in the fridge last night. It was still warm and smelled good.
This morning I went to the gym to work out. When I grabbed my towel, part of it was wet. I know it’s been cold lately, but I haven’t used it in two days, it should be dry for sure. I then thought to smell it, and sure enough, it was juice from the chicken.
I shared my discovery with James. He said I should go borrow Aaron’s towel. Unfortunately, I was already in the shower at the point and Aaron was out in the lobby. Too bad for me. Hopefully I’m not sharing too much chicken aroma. Anyone hungry?
This reminds me of something I heard on the radio yesterday. In Ankeny, Iowa, headquarters of Tone spices, they had 90,000 pounds of garlic salt that had gone bad. They gave it to the city. The city mixed it with their road salt and dumped it on the roads. It seemed to work fine, but they said that their truck drivers complained of hunger pains as they spread the salt out.

It was pretty funny, the whole chicken thing. I offered him my towel but I think all the hair was a bit of a deterrent for him.
Whoops! Sorry. I didn't think it spilled at all. At least it was lemon chicken so you had the lemony fresh scent :o)
I have a friend that lives in Ankeny and she said that the whole town smells like garlic right now!
Rheanna, I thought you were saying you spilled all of the salt :) lol
